Be aware that a 1-sided banner has a front and back image, but the back image is the reverse of the front image.

Some banner companies will leave you with the impression that all their banners are 2-sided. In fact, there are 2 sides to each banner, but one side has a reversed image. They will 'imply' that you are getting a 2-sided banner at a much reduced cost.

A true 2-sided banner will cost more because additional material is necessary to print the image right reading on the front and the back of the banner.

A true 2-sided banner will have text and graphics displayed 'right reading' on both sides of the banner.

          

A 1-sided banner will have a reverse image on the back side. The image and the text on the front side 'bleeds' over to the back side, displaying a reversed image.
